I want thank all of you for the many suggestions. My friend was able to get a second chance with TD bank. They were GREAT!!! Hopefully he is on his way to re-establishing a positive credit record. Thank you
TD bank has been good to me. They are definitely in the north east and I’ve heard that they are expanding to the Mideast and south east but I’m not sure. Their website is TD bank.com they are the best. They are from Canada.
