i need to know if anyone know what happen to people when the bank gonna close your account do to nsf but i paid the bank already in full i think they gonna report me chexsystem anyway please help
I already pay what i owed to Bank of America, but they still have my name on chexsystems. I still can’t open a checking account. Can you pleases tell me what I have to do to clear my name from chexsystems. thank you
Unfortunately, even if you paid what is owed to the bank, your name will still remain in ChexSystems for 5 years. It’s how their system works.
Once you’ve paid what you owe, your bank should add a statement on your ChexSystems report saying that the debt was paid off.
If you’re trying to remove your name from ChexSystems, you can either speak to the branch manager of your bank, or file a dispute with ChexSystems. It won’t hurt to try either option, but the odds are against you.
If you have no luck with these options, check out the other solutions to ChexSystems, such as Second Chance Checking or Non-ChexSystems Banks.
HI ERICK I WAS ALSO RECORDED IN THE CHEXSYSTEMS AND I TRY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, FINALLY I FOUND ON IT IS REGIONS ON LINE THEY ARE GOOD TRY IT NON-CHEXSYSTEMS, BUT YOU MUST BE A USA CITIZEN TO OPEN ONLINE AND THE BEST PART OF IT IS THAT THEY GIVE YOU THE ACCOUNT RIGHT AWAY

That’s wonderful news about Regions Bank. I’ve seen them on some of the non ChexSystems banks, along with Wachovia and Sun Trust, but the last two DO use ChexSystems. I have opened a number of accounts, and had them closed 2-3 days later.
I’m battling a Fraud attack on my Bank of America Account which was closed on me. The word is fraud seems to make every bank run! If you don’t mind telling me, what reason were you reported to ChexSystems? You can send a reply to my private email if you can see it here. Please reply either way.
