I opened a second chance checking account with Woodforest Bank. What a mistake! They are horrible with customer service. They charge fees like crazy & rob you blind. After 3 months with them I applied online at Bank of America and was approved. I pay absolutely no fees at Bank of America and get customer service that is second to none. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Woodforest Bank and try Bank of America instead.
