I am willing to send you documentation to corroborate this. I accept responsiblity for this however, I had to choose between using my welfare cheque to pay the rent to have a roof over my head or settle my debt with you. Nobody should ever have to make that choice. As soon as I had the funds available to discharge my outstanding debt to you, I did so. I am not asking for a prize for doing the right thing, but I am asking for your kindness and consideration in view of my circumstances. The amount has been paid since October last year and I just found out that I will be in your database for five years. Does ChexSystems offer a second chance on an individual basis?
