I opened an account online 2 years ago with BOA. A month after opening, my account was frozen. When I called in I was told it was overdrawn by $ 8888888. I had in my account $ 750 which were never returned by BOA and also they reported me to Chex.
How can I get this sorted out because recently I was denied checking by Wells Fargo.

I was recently denied a bank account based on the information that ChexSystems maintains under my name and Social Security Number. Upon ordering a copy of my ChexSystems report, I noticed the following entry reported by woodforest bank san antonio tx.

I disputed account abuse with a bank and chexsystem sent me a copy of my account with my signature on it. What can I do now?

what If Chex systems does not send the information pertaining to whom they spoke with at the bank etc? and what if the bank does not report that I am disputing the claim on my chex systems report? what should I do next? please advise

What are you people slow this site is not ChexSystems they are not the ones that make you can’t open an account that is why they put up the steps to take to hopefully get your name cleared. Seriously people READ.
